We encountered several issues during our stay. The room only had 4 towels for our family of 5, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the TV programming was only available in French, and the staff could not assist us in changing it to English. We were also disappointed to find there was no bar area as promised. instead, we had to sit in the restaurant for drinks, which felt a bit awkward.
